For all issues regarding West Point's HVAC System, please submit a maintenance request or contact Dunton Commercial directly.

After Hours HVAC Service

The current cost of utilizing West Point's HVAC system, outside of normal business hours, is $75.00 per hour with a 4 hour minimum. Please note that this price is subject to change, depending on the average cost of utilizing the HVAC system at the time of your request. All incurred expenses will be billed back directly to your account.

 

HVAC requests must be submitted to Dunton Commercial no later than 24 hours prior to the desired start time. If you would like to utilize the HVAC system on the weekend, then your request must be submitted by 12:00 p.m. on Friday.
