• General cleanup

Tenant Suite Services

• Vacuuming

• Sink and counter-top cleaning

• Quarterly cleaning of window sills and blinds

• Emptying trash and recycling containers

• Spot cleaning walls

• Carpet and mat vacuuming

• Baseboard cleaning

• Door and window cleaning

• Dusting of furniture, cabinets, ledges and shelves

• Door knob polishing

Please note: For liability purposes, office desks cannot be touched by the Janitorial Team. Janitors will dust desk surfaces only when scheduled in advance and if all the tenant items are removed beforehand.
